Clark Atlanta University is a private, traditionally black American university located in Atlanta, Georgia, which was formed in 1988 after the merger of Clark College and Atlanta University.
The university offers undergraduate, graduate and doctoral programs.

Clark Atlanta University consists of four schools: the College of Arts and Sciences, the College of Business, the College of Education and the College of Social Work.
